On a serious note .. in some countries that would be a crime, the UK being one in question, where anything considered racist or to promote violence can (and is frequently) prosecuted. But there is a drawback to such laws, it stifles real Freedom of Speach as well as the idiots and promotes a politically correct, nanny state ... which in time turn into a near police state. That's the position we're in in the UK today ... in a desire to protect everyone from bad influences, lots of things are banned and restricted. May be a good thing when it comes to hand guns, but when you can't buy an adult dvd by mail order, every porn movie needs to go before the censors so they can remove scenes of gagging, references to youth and the list goes on endlessly. We now have the worst of two worlds ... an oppressive government trying to take away freedoms and a moronic underclass attacking from the other side - the rest are left in the middle, in a country where it is illegal to use force to protect your own property because the criminal can sue you.

So on balance, undesirable views are views - and people have a right to hold them. At least your constitution works in that respect.
