Robbye, my advice to you would be to plough ahead and just get a generic company name 'blahcontent.com' and go from there...the people that need to know you're Robbye Bentley will already know that without you having that domain.

As it stands, I think you are entitled to the domain that is in your name, but as I was told by a law professor, 'There is what's right, what's moral, and what is ethical...and then there is what is legal.'

Legal isn't always fair or right or just, so you might not ever get those domains back, that's why I'd advise you to have the contingency plan in place now.
