hey peeps... since Matrix Content has determined my domain names (robbye.com and robbyebentley.com) are company property...I need some help building my new websites!!! If anyone can offer some guidance/assistance, please contact me!!! BTW, when the domain names were purchased, we were just sitting around (as husband and wife) farting around with buying domains...purchased with our credit card, and considering the company is partly owned by me (until I'm bought out), how do I not keep these domains? And, what are they going to do with them? IT'S MY NAME! His divorce attorney said there would be no problem with my keeping my domain names...now the story has changed. They are keeping them out of spite, and we all wonder why I'm full of hate...and it's not because I'm fat. I can go to the gym for that.

if you live in the state of california you have a legal right to own your domain name...they have to give it up..

I think you need to post naked pictures of yourself, the more debauched the better, so we can all get a good idea of whether you are fat or not.
Seems to me you have the majority of backers on here versus trannie-hubbie.
I fiddle with web-content / programming etc, but I think you'd be much better off getting someone who specialises in that particular area.
BTW, I just had a curious thought, do you think hubbie will turn up to court in drag? You should do all you can to encourage it, it will only help your case.
This seems somehow appropriate, I'm not quite sure why.

Well, as soon as I'm paid out by the ex husband, I then might be able to afford a camera again...then, it is just a matter of mastering the art of shooting myself...minus 40 lbs. But, nobody wants to see me anyway, I'm pushing 30.
Thanks for the support...I had to bypass court, however...and opt for settlement. I did have an attorney, and was in for the fight...I was manipulated into believing he wanted to work things out, and he asked me to discharge my attorney and drop the case. I BLAME MYSELF FOR DOING IT...and believing him. Well, then (of course) I was fired, and without the resources to retain another attorney...I was forced to settle. Here is the question....if he'd do this to his own wife, would you do business with him?

I think you should run while you still can. Me jumping on your bandwagon is the kiss of death for you career in or around porn. Run my child, run while you still can.

Robbye, my advice to you would be to plough ahead and just get a generic company name 'blahcontent.com' and go from there...the people that need to know you're Robbye Bentley will already know that without you having that domain.
As it stands, I think you are entitled to the domain that is in your name, but as I was told by a law professor, 'There is what's right, what's moral, and what is ethical...and then there is what is legal.'
Legal isn't always fair or right or just, so you might not ever get those domains back, that's why I'd advise you to have the contingency plan in place now.
Now, where's Smiling Arab when we need him? Unlike most folk (me included), he'll actually have an idea of what he's talking about...

I wouldn't take this case. It appears Robbye has gotten some terrible advice and there are very few quick-fixes available (Dan's idea to start fresh is probably the best). Also, if there's a dispute regarding monies paid, signing over a check from a third party was just about the worst way to go about making good on the debt. Girlie, start living with one thing in mind: for everything you do, leave a paper trail. Sequestering her property over the matter isn't legal and they will eventually be forced to hand it over, if there's no mitigating paperwork to the contrary. It's just that she's going to have to pay through the nose for an attorney to get that far. What they're doing by blanking the front page, however, is quite possibly damaging the value of the property. If all things are as they appear (which they most likely are not), she would be able to probably recoup more money in damages from that than she would if they had simply continued accepting new members.
However, the alleged transvestite and his paramour or agent on this board have now given two separate answers as to why they will not transfer over the domains: a.) that she owes money; b.) that she must transfer over the website's members. I'd be inclined to believe, and I'd like to find a judge that wouldn't agree with me, that they're simply trying to make it as difficult as possible.
Robbye, in the absence of a legal strategy, is simply making herself a nuissance in return.
So you have two parties both trying to out-disgust and out-frustrate the other one.

I have paid my debt to the company (and have an 8k check to Norman that has been cashed)...and if there WAS a debt issue, it should have been discussed in my final paperwork. And...even though I KNOW I've paid the debt...HOW DO YOU OWE MONEY TO YOUR OWN COMPANY? If it wasn't addressed in the settlement, or when my employment was terminated, then it's a little too late. What you're doing is being petty, and even though I'm pretty good at that (and being a bitch) - you take the cake.
I've purchased some new domain names, want to start fresh, and if you still need to make money off of my name, you've got issues. And, honestly...you, Norman, and Matrix are BORING me. Leave me alone, buy me out, and FUCK OFF. Threaten me with a restraining order...my mouth will be wide open until the police knock on my door and serve me with papers. BTW, if I'm not at home, and you need to know where I am, email me or call, and I'll let you know where to find me.
So...anyhoo...once again. Back to my topic...Looking for some webmaster help setting up my new sites. I've purchased the domains...enough about Matrix..they can all suck my ass.

I'd love to help, but unfortunately (and with all due respect), I don't think I'm a 'major league' webmaster of the sort of calibre that you're gonna need/want. I just do gallery submissions, affiliate sales etc. and run my interracial niche directory site http://www.irlodge.com (which reminds me...I'll have to get Jeff to give me the skinny on the next installment in the White Trash Whore series...).
I've got some low key ideas for some paysites which I'm going to be pursuing in the very near future, but I'm UK based and really want to shoot my own content as it is, and probably couldn't afford you anyway...but I do wish you the best of British luck in trumping the tranny chasers!
