Missing Scene from "Tough Love #7"

I just saw "Tough Love #7," and there is a problem with the movie. There is a part that is included on both the boxcover and in the opening credits, but that is not in the actual movie. On the boxcover of "Tough Love #7," there is a photo of Dirty Harry rubbing a plate of food against the girl's face outside of a doghouse. That same part is also in the opening credits of the movie. Yet, for some strange reason, that scene is nowhere to be found within the actual movie. What the fuck happened!?
This is the second time that I watched a JMP movie that had an advertised scene missing from the movie. The first time it happened, I didn't complain because I figured it was probably just an editing mistake. Simple error, I thought. But now, it's starting to be a real problem. It is now starting to seem like deliberate false advertising. If a scene is not in the movie, then it should not be on the boxcover or in the opening credits. I like JMP movies, but I am very upset and disappointed that a scene that I was looking forward to seeing is not in the movie. If anybody knows why this scene is not in the movie, even though it is advertised as being there, then please let me know. It is not the first time this has happened with a JMP movie. This is real bullshit!

I've noticed this with a lot of films.
There are pictures on the cover from supposed screen caps that don't actually appear in the film.

First off let me say that I have NEVER put photos on the box from a scene that is not in the movie.I know other lesser companies do this but not JM Productions.
Tough Love 7 as always has 4 brutal fuck scenes and like 1 thru 6 the Tough Love 7 DVD contains all 4 scenes with a running time of just over 2 hours. The scene you are refering to is with Dirty Harry and Sierra Sinn.It is scene 3 on your DVD and it IS on your disk. The back cover of your DVD shows 3 photos from said scene. One of the pictures shows Dirty Harry pushing a plate of food into Sierras face. That 5 second clip is in the opening of the movie but was not used in the scene because the editor felt it didnt work.
So what exactly is your beef? Are you saying that your DVD does not have 4 scenes? Are you telling me that your DVD is missing the scene with Sierra Sinn and Dirty Harry?
Im sorry if Tough Love 7 is not the kind of movie you enjoy jerking off to,I totally understand,JM Productions is not for everyone but to say the movie is missing a scene is 100% false.

Well I can tell you it annoys me when you see some hot picture on the box and its not actually in the movie.
Like you buy the flick based solely on that image, and its not even on there.
Happens all the time. Almost like the cover is done before it even gets to editing.
I know porn is hardly the realm of honest dealings, but I think its pretty stiff when you've got a hard-on you could break bottles on to see a particular angle etc and its not even on there.

No, but so what if I did? The point is that an image should not be on the boxcover if it is not in the movie. Instead of questioning why I selected the movie, you ought to be questioning the point behind misleading people into getting the movie in the first place by putting something on the box that is not in the movie.
Jeff, I like your movies and consider myself a fan of your work for the most part, which is why I gave you the benefit of the doubt the first time I noticed this problem. But this is ridiculous. I am not going to keep giving my money to any company that practices in this kind of deception, especially when the excuses don't even make sense. If it is truly an editing vs. time issue, then how does the scene manage to appear in the opening credits and in the movie previews? If it an issue of editing, it stands to reason that the scene would not be included in the movie at all.
Plus, as a consumer, it is not my job to care why the part is not in the movie. All I know is that I was lead to believe it would be there, and it wasn't. Issues of editing, boxcover artwork, etc., are all supposed to be your concern. As the creator of a movie, it is your responsibility to make absolutely sure that there is nothing in your advertising to mislead your customers. And if there is a mistake such as this, it would probably make things alot better if an apology and a promise that it will never happen again were given to the customer instead of excuses as to why we should just be satisfied with whatever crap we got.
Furthermore, there are other problems that need to be mentioned, such as why there is also a photo on the box of Dirty Harry fucking Sierra in doggy while his foot is on her head, yet, that part is not the movie either. Another editing mistake I assume.
Instead of making these crazy and bullshit excuses, you need to make sure this does not happen again. Either fire your editor, double-check your product before you put it on the market, or do nothing and lose customers who are fed up with this bullshit. Like I said, this is not the first time this has happened with one of your movies. And if you don't care enough to fix the problem, then don't expect us to care enough to continue patronizing you.

Reminds me of the time that Mike Stephano went flat-out bonkers on ADT, when a fan pointed out a picture on the box of Full Anal Access that wasn't in the movie.
pointing out to someone who claims "a scene is missing" when in fact the whole scene is in the movie as well as the 5 second clip in question that they are wrong is hardly going bonkers.

My copy of Tough Love 7 does include the scene with Harry and Sierra (and it's a great scene btw) so maybe fireknight has a defective disk.

Rollin Girl, you don't like me and I don't know you -- let's let bygones be bygones.
I was simply noting the parallels between the mediocre Michael Stephano, and the semi-great Jeff Steward. Obviously the original poster had a beef, noting a scene that was on the box but not in the movie -- because, as Jeff said, 'it didn't work'.
Jeff adressed it diplomatically, but clearly, beneath the surface, Jeff's blood was boiling -- he was furious. I sensed it in the way he added that period at the end of the sentence, damn that was raw.
Sorry if none of that made sense, somebody was hitting me in the head with a fucking hammer.

The disk is not defective. Yes, the scene is in the movie. But the part that I was looking for is not. I figured people would know exactly what I meant when I said "scene," and wouldn't get so hung up on semantics.
By the way, the part in the opening credits is alot shorter than five seconds, as if five seconds is even long. If you blink, you miss it. Plus, most reasonable people expect that if a part is in the opening credits, that it is also going to be somewhere in the movie.

What other people do with their money is their business. That doesn't oncern me. But I personally get pissed when I spend my money and don't get what I pay for. Fortunately, however, I didn't buy the movie. I rented it. If I had bought it, I'd be demanding a refund right now. I know that deceptive advertising is common in porn. But companies that do this are only hurting themselves in the long run. But anyway, this is exactly the reason that I never buy any movie without seeing it first.

I feel your pain, dawg, I've been ripped off renting, buying, you name it, so I can relate big time. I guess I was just trying to point out shit happens and Jeff is a stand up guy.

You don't like Ariana? What did she ever do to you?
Regarding this whole missing scene thing, of course that shit happens. Still photographers sometimes shoot what the videographer misses. A zonked looking face, a certain angle etc... Such is the business. As long as the scene contained therein is hot, I could give a shit.

I'm totally in your corner on this one, bro...I wish Mark Cuban would start shooting porn...this is the first thing I bet he'd work on...a more innovative process to do layout after editing. Anything is possible with enough time and money.....you'd think that Jeffrey would spend his time and energy working on this instead of worrying so much about his ride....since he often likes to make his "wealth" known, he probably has the money to attack a problem like this....but remember, he and Sandi are both dumb assholes, so what do you expect?

wait a minute dude, are you honestly telling me that you bought a porn DVD and AFTER you bought it, while watching the opening credits there is a clip of Dirty Harry pushing a plate of food into Sierra Sinn. Then instead of jerking off to the first scene, you fast forwarded the movie to the food section, and couldn't find it. And now you are pissed? Honestly? There is still an entire DVD of smut to jerk off to. I really don't get it....in all seriousness.
