Strange...I'm sure Ray Anderson shot a huge chunk of Hustler's 'Asian Fever' series in Thailand. I wouldn't worry too much about the legalities...just bribe the relevant folk to look the other way and you'll be fine. When the heat does come down, it's usually on the model anyways...look at the Natt Chanapa case for example.
