I agree. But porn won't ever "change" or "adapt." It thrives on the segment of the market that's never seen it before. That segment ages and finds something else to do (kinda like serial killers.) The rest end up with us.... The real fiends hang on, everyone else finds another hobby, which is why non-porn material strikes at least just about everyone I know in the industry--specifically on the print side of the biz--as hotter than the stuff we look at day in and day out.
IMHO, porn may actually be more "interesting"--if that's the word--now than it's ever been (and yes, i hate the alt. shit too) just because of the sheer quantity of girls and spectacle. When all the broads who think Jameson is cool grow old, the talent pool may go back underground. And it'll be 1974 again, numbers wise.
Or the spectacle will get more horrendously spectacular, and we'll be reviewing scat vids. Which is when I will retire, thank you. Meatholes scares me enough right now.
