I thought this forum was about work for talent or talent for work. Many people make fun and laugh at new ideas, but THE TRUE NEED TO HAVE A SECONDARY AGENT/MGR (if the agent
terminates the agreement or the talent do,or a production company that puts talent on an exclusive agreement and that agreement is broken or ends . The need has risen!
The percentage of talent who kicked out by their agent or talent who leaves their agent is very high. The time to do something about it is before it happens!
The percentage of un-happy talent who are under exclusive contracts with producers is high and any of those agreements are broken or terminated by one party or mutually. Some talent cheat on those agreements.
The several posts here are not related to the issue(or this forum)of the concern and well being of the talent and their fate or choice/s, and interestingly enough keep themselves secret. To dispute then would be like pissing in the wind.
