Many talent leave or are fired from their present agent/ manager (it is like insurance), or they are not under exclusivewith that agent or manager, or they are on an exclusive contract with a video company which is going to shortly expire or they have been fired or they have left.
I believe the need is there BEFORE such events may occur.
