My local smut shop appears to stock 50/50 on new items, but still rents mostly VHS.

When I buy it's strictly DVD. But I prefer to rent VHS because I know I can almost always make it play, whereas when a DVD won't play right there's nothing you can do. Maybe 5% or more will freeze or get macro-blocking at some point. Evil Angel DVDs are/were really bad about this.
