The last time I saw Al Goldstein (not personally, by the way), was on video in 1995. Then, he looked to be around 28 stones, and he was puffing and panting while smoking a cigar.

I just saw him now, and he's lost around 15 stone. He looks good for an old dude. And it probably saved his life.
