Usually these 'match making sites' are scams. The girl you'll correspond with will eventually hit you up for money and then even more cash for legal papers which she'll claim neccessary in order to visit you. Usually the pics are cut and pasted from other sites while a 56-yr-old lady in a bubushka collects your dough and moves on to the next sucker.
