I know in Ont. the OFRB has lost much of its powers thanks to the NDP -- which were pushing for the gov to stop wasting tax dollars on outdated things like censorship. Quebec, which is more lenient, still has legal Traci Lords movies lining store shelves. I've seen em', so I know it's true.
As for what is and isn't allowed in Canada, most everything is let in. Of the thousands upon thousands released every year, there's only maybe a hundred that aren't -- consult that SmokingGun list.
Some of the titles listed are obvious, Kerri Downs First Dog Encounter, is a given, and not allowed even in the US, but others, like No Cum Dodging Allowed 7, are just silly.
