As far as I know "brown sauce" films are not explicitly illegal--there is almost nothing in porn which is explicitly illegal. But pornographers might be wary about crossing a line like that could get them into trouble with some podunk municipality in Alabama or the like. On the other hand,r maybe they just don't see a market for it, I don't really know.
