Rog has out done himself this time.. His review on Neu Wave is a must read. "The pen is mightier then the sword" This brutal porn review proves this theory. I wanted to see what The Industry Magazine had to say about that vid, and guess what?
As of Sunday afternoon (February 5), they haven't said anything yet.
I know the policy of shopping a video around until SOMEbody will give it a good review, gawd knows I spent enough time reviewing Chi Chi La Rue Vivid product and Cash Markman plot-driven vids because everybody else wanted to watch misogyny and brutality -- but NObody wanted to cover this one?
Can't wait to see what You-Know-Who, Mr. Cruise Websites And Count Anal Scenes, will say about this.

Just for clarification: I like Chi Chi La Rue Vivid product and Cash Markman plot-driven videos, and prefer them to the brutality and misogyny that everybody else liked over at That Magazine.

OMG that was gooooooood reading. How far did they have to reach to find a writer willing to write that crap? Come guys, isn't being honest about a piece of shit like NWH just easier than trying to find someone willing to get high enough to actually make it semi-tolerable? Thanks Tod....I only wish we had a count-down calendar to mark the days between the first reviews of that movie and AVN's take. Alt-porn sucks, plain and simple.  LATE

No. It's all about the ads. That's why they shop reviews around until somebody can give a good one with a straight face. Bad review=pulled advertising. Can't have that.

I found one on-line at timeanddate.com. You didn't date your review, so I'll go by the date as reported here, February 5, and I was checking That Magazine's Site regularly, and I reported it on April 27. The space between those two dates is 82 days, the better part of three months.
That's a lot of shopping.

You're right, it doesn't matter. If Neu Wave Hookers gets a bad review VCA takes the hit. If McKai's next vid gets a bad review, Vivid takes the hit.
Trouble is, they are both tied in with Larry Flynt and if LFP pulls their ads because they don't like the review...
