Awww..thanks! Yes they are fake. The twins will be 4 yrs old in Sept!! My Dr was amazing!! I had NOTHING before my BA. Like one small step up from nipples on ribs!He's apparently one of the best breast Dr's in the country and prides himself on making them look and feel as natural as possible. In fact..if you WANT that super round FAKE look...he wont do it. I've had people who have seen and felt them not realize they were fake which makes me happy! Some of the best money I've ever spent.

My butt is def NOT one of my fav features...and I've been lazy lately about working out so its not as perky as it could be.Its also not the most flattering angle/pose. Meh. Whatever.
