hey sammy, i know you've got 5-inch ghettofab nails to contend with, but there's this thing called "CTRL-C' then you can just hit "ctrl-v" about ten times. takes less time than a regular post, it'd work great if you're filling in a calendar in outlook. you could just write "sell my ass" once and paste it in every box.
