I'm guessing that a "dictionary" shold be involved here...not Google. If Google is how you find out about usage, you are truly sad...but I digress

1. English is made up of words. Words symbolize things.
2. "Commentarist" is not in the dictionary.
3. We already have a word for that symbol: "commentator"
