Repult Buys Devil’s Film

CANOGA PARK, Calif. - Mike Rubinstein has sold adult production company Devil’s Film and all its assets to longtime friend Keith Repult, owner of Valencia-based Premiere Sales Group.


Devil’s Film will now be distributed by Media Products Inc., a new distribution company, created and owned by Repult and his wife Samantha.

The sale is set to be completed February 6.

Devil’s Film, as the title implies, has long remained in the upper adult video echelon, as a creator of edgier film titles that tend to push the sexual envelope.

Of the sale, Rubinstein told AVN.com exclusively, “I thought it was time [to sell], and Keith and I have been friends for a long time. I think I struck up a very good deal.”

Important to Rubinstein was that Devil’s Film stay in tact through the transaction, and so Repult will keep all the employees, as well the Canoga Park headquarters of Devil’s Film, the same.

“I saw a great deal, and there’s a lot of trust between Mike and I. [Devil’s Film] has always been good to distributors and held its prices…I couldn’t think of another person I’d rather make a sale with,” enthused Repult.

The first two films in February to be released by the newly-owned Devil’s Film will be Teen Tryouts 45 and Stuff My Ass Full of Cum 5. Additionally, Media Products Inc. will be distributing Devil’s Film’s past titles, such as 65 Guy Cream Pie.
