I guess what I am trying to say is that nothing is truly so black and white. "Reality" is merely a perception. There is no universal adherence.

I would just suggest that you look at the situtation more objectively. Myself I am the type of person who likes older women. I am in my mid twenties.... and even in my personal life I tend to prefer spending time with, and fucking, women who are older than myself. However, that is not the demand of the consumer. That's what I was trying to say.

It's not discrimination of the employer that is the crutch... it is the demand of the service?(or self service) that the porn industry has created.
