Well, I want to kill something after reading that. Not the first article was written much better (I'm guessing that the first article is about someone measuring the spin of a black hole, but who knows? and there are no cites mentioned). Metaphysics JRV so high school physics books would be of little use. After all this is the realm of pure theory. Just abstract thought processes that delve into the unexplained to define the unasked.By people that are educated beyond their ability to relate.

You really should go to the site and read the whole theory, and view the examples. Really strange stuff.
