I'd probably have given the MVP to Hasslebeck in spite of losing. But for that interception he was definitely the best/key guy that played in that game.
The offenses played badly but the defenses had a lot to do with it.
Except for 3-4 plays Seattle was better. I agree Seattle usually wins ... but you only get one try each year.
PS. As for Ben's interception by Herndon - who called that play? Was that Cowher or someone else? Cowher seems to have acquiesced but did someone else called it? It wasn't a bad call at all - any catchable ball was a TD based on the defense in the event - but rather a really bad underthrow.
