I think Lex is a better fit, they are both completely deranged mentally, have violent outbursts, the inability to admit when they are wrong, a shared hatred of the monkey and both have the appearance of elderly zoo chimps who have had to protect their role as alpha male through 20 years of battle causing horrible disfigurements of the facial region.
