Teeth in dreams are generally to do with power and potency etc if you believe that sort of stuff.

So teeth falling out means somewhere in your life you have a feeling of not being as empowered as you might like to be.

Not necasarily in a sexual context in case you're wondering either.


Losing teeth can also be linked to feelings of loss.


Falling is anxiety based, but kind of related to teeth. Its a loss of control.

It can also be related to loneliness or isolation.


A lot of it IMHO is complete mumbo-jumbo, and can be interpreted in myriad ways based upon basic but fluid ideas.
