Bad Habit,
You need to re-read what was written a little more carefully. The movie we offered to give away is NOT the same movie that we are claiming the losses from. The loss came from another movie that contained scenes of Bridgette that Metro may own that we had to pull a week before the release date.

Skeeter was hired solely on our belief that his name would sell and it did on the first movie.

We NEVER said Skeeter gave those tapes to Metro. We know for a fact that Bridgette was the one that turned them in to Metro. It doesnt matter though. Skeeter is the one that signed the contract. Skeeter is the one that is responsible to us. If Bridgette stole them from him and made copies, then he needs to take action on her. The one scene that Metro has IS the same scene we have and the photos we have are an exact side by side match to Metro's.

We made several calls to Skeeter to hear what he had to say about the situation. He chose to ignore us completly. He had more than ample opportunity to have his say. Why act like a guilty man and hide? Taking him to court was not something we wanted to do. We have much better things to do than mess with this.

If you are serious about having a buyer for the movie we will be more than happy to sell it to you. From your description of genuine gonzo, I think you would be happy with the movie.
