Fact: If you've been trying for 3 weeks to catch a dog, you obviously haven't been trying hard enough.

Personally, I'd say even 3 hours would be taking the piss...yet this guy is able to catch/disable/kill this dog in a matter of minutes. Maybe if Animal Control had got their finger out of their ass, this poor dog would still be alive
