But seriously, is there any hope to be able to contact him? I've been trying for the past 6 months and can't catch a break. I'm not some weirdo stalker guy, I just think he seems like a pretty cool guy and I want to ask him some questions about his DVD work in Japan.

As far as I know he doesn't have a web site but has done some web work. I tried contacting someone who's done a scene with him and the reply I got was "I don't know who Lucky Star is, sorry." Shucks...
