It all depends on the surgeon. Unfortunately, a lot of girls in LA go to chop shops, and cosmetic surgery factories. They get burned, and end up with pretty awful looking boobs. I had mine done in Indiana by a hand surgeon who also does plastic surgery, and I'm very happy with them. There are different techniques for implants. I had mine done under the armpit, and under the pecs. It's apparently one of the more complicated, and painful procedures. But the result is a more natural looking breast. And different strokes for different folks. Some guys like 'em. Others don't. No big deal. There's pleny of diversity out there, and people can find pretty much whatever they want these days. Implants, in general, do suck but I'll take them over tattoos any day. At least with implants there is the possibility that they will look good but there is never a chance that a tattoo will look anything but horrible.
