First off, the very idea of criticising porn for being racist is absurd. Pornography routinely features women (and men) in situations which are degrading and dehumanizing. All in the interest of portraying taboos that will, presumably, arouse the viewer. Why would the taboo of racism be exempt? If pornography can exploit our fantasies about rape, incest, and pedophilia... why shouldn't it also exploit our racist fantasies?
I don't have a problem with porn's obvious racism. It's just a fact of life, and really just reflects the racism in society. If a performer thinks doing an interracial scene will hurt her marketability, or has personal reasons for not doing it... that's her business, end of story. And to that extent alone, I agree with you.
However...

What if the stereotype is factually correct? Do you hear about gangs of white men raping black women?

Yes, in fact I have. And stereotypes are almost never factually correct. They're simply a convenient aggregation of cultural cliches which few, if any, individuals conform to completely. Of course there's an element of truth behind all stereotypes, but assuming every person you meet is going to conform to whatever stereotype applies to them respectively, would be ridiculous. So I fail to see the benefit of stereotypes as any kind of useful reference.

Is it the fault of whites that blacks in the US commit a disproportionate rate of violent crime?

No, it's the fault of white's that blacks are poor. Historically whites have always discriminated against blacks (when they didn't own them outright), which led to fewer opportunities for blacks, poverty, and the consequent higher crime rate that you see in economically depressed neighborhoods (ie. ghettos). Unless of course you think economics has nothing to do with it, and blacks are simply more prone to commit crime because they happen to be black?

The biggest porn stars have always been white. The most popular beauties and movie stars in the world have always been white.

This is absolutely true. Until very recently, whites not only had exclusive control of mass media production, they also constituted the majority of consumers. So is it any surprise that our collective ideal of physical beauty is white?
As for the idea that the left is a bigger enemy of the porn industry than the right...

Quirk and his leftist ilk do not care about freedom. They care about legislating their morality.
In my 2004 book The Producers: Profiles in Frustration, I learned that filmmakers have far less freedom to create today than in the 1950s. Is the Right behind Political Correctness?

No, the Right wasn't behind political correctness. But, apart from a few radical feminists like Catherine McKinnon and Diana Russell, the Left is far less concerned with the supposed socially deleterious effects of pornography, and far more concerned with protecting 1st amendment rights than the Right. Were pc Liberals behind the Meese Commission in the 80's? Has the porn industry enjoyed more creative freedom during the Ashcroft/Alvarez years than it did during Janet Reno's term?
Ask Rob Zicari, Janet Romano, and Paul Little how concerned the current administration is with their 1st amendment rights.
