Damn, I voted for Our Lips Are Sealed before I looked up and listened to that Animotion song on Yahoo Music. I had never heard of it before. There is no way that kid was listening to the Go Go's when he could have been to Animotion in that picture.

My opinion, Cosmic Dancer misses the blatant emo rockin' issues in that picture. I refuse to believe the same band that did Bang a Gong is emo. Cosmic Dancer is just some early heavy metal ballad that has some kind of waltzy feel to it. Sal is not waltzing in there.

Song I thought of when I first saw that picture in the other thread was that one-hit-wonder song Blue (Da Bee Da) that made the charts a couple of years ago. Imagine keyboards that sound like a pogo stick bouncing up and down while singing:

It's not listed that way in the lyrics, but that da ba dee ba die... cleary sounds like "I'm in need of a guy". But, it's bouncy so that maybe, so that you can play it on mainstream radio, they mask it so it sounds like "i'm da ba dee ba die...". The chorus is where he keeps singing this one line. It is easily the most homosexual song I ever heard, reminiscent of fags you meet that do not just act normal. But, actually adopt a feminine accent and limp their wrists.
