Oh no, this guy really exists. I spoke to Aria about this whole situation-- and yes she remembers him from previous conventions, but no she has nothing to do with the Aria Giovanni email address he posted. She also knew nothing about his horseback riding "accident" (which sounds suspiciously a lot like my mom's, who BTW fell off ANOTHER one of her horses today-- nothing serious, just a bruised hand). He of course thanked Aria for his recovery, as if she actually visited him in the emergency room. Funny thing, when he approached my mom at the nursery, he told her he was very good friends with Aria and I.
