If you really want to change things,DO something about it.Ranting on this board is'nt going to change anything.If you spent enough time and energy looking into avenues where you can be a POSITIVE influence,instead of complaining,
critizing, and whining-you might get something done.

As far as Gen,Rob,Lowdown etc.,you shouldn't talk shit about people you dont know.Gen is one one the sweetest people you WILL EVER MET-PERIOD.Rob is a cool,laid-back guy.Havent really got to know him well,but I can tell he's a good guy.
