Shit, living here on Oak Street Beach makes this the warmest place in the city right now. It's a balmy 6 fucking degrees. I took the dog out this morning and he had about four inch droolsicles hanging out of his maw. I could gut a homeless man just to enjoy the warmth of wearing his steaming carcass like a mink.

As far as Culpepper, that's a pretty typical police affi when multiple parties are charged. For instance, in a fight you might charge one guy with murder, 15 with assault, 4 with fleeing a police officer, etc. Individually they don't look like much but taken together with a dozen others, it does. I haven't read much about this case but there were all kinds of dumb jock hijinks I vaguely heard about.
