In 20+ years of watching porn I can think of only one case of cosmetic rework, including boob job, where the results were enough of an improvement to have been worth the risk. Every other case was at best "no worse than before" and didn't justify the risks. And then there are the disasters...

The one case that turned out well was "Celeste" from 10-15 years ago, the one dating Woody Long.
