I really hate being serious, unless it is to be melancholy self-indulgent, but the fact is this...her suitability as a parent is obviously a questionmark, for obvious reasons, but even more serious is in cases where one parent molests a child and the other, while not actually doing the molesting, can still face legal charges if it can be demonstrated that the non-molesting parent knew about the molestations but did nothing about it. It's tricky to prove but she would need to defend herself and/or keep custody, so it no doubt would cost her $$$ for a lawyer. That will piss off any sociopathic porn whore...
But yeah, the false or misleading filing of a police report will bite you in the ass in many instances...I am moving her to the trainwreck museum, if a year from now she is looking happy and taking 3 cocks up her surgically repaired/enhanced ass, then we can put her back out with the other choo choos

Ugh, please don't give the slightest credence to Skeeter's demented ramblings on Baldy's "news" page. If this were true, people wouldn't get divorced: they'd just go straight to jail. Because I've seen dozens, literally dozens, of false charges in which DCFS (as the baby nappers are called here) investigated but found nothing. Among other things, a lack of evidence of abuse does not equal a false report. More often than not, the offending party is not trying to get the other thrown in jail, though that'd be cool if it happened, but wave the papers around at custody hearings.
Since legal knowledge in these parts seems to come from celebrity cases, is Mia Farrow in jail?
It's a crazy fucking divorce, they happen every day, it's just that in this case one of them happens to be a hooker and the other helped book her johns. And I'm not using euphemisms for porn.
Skeeter has, at best, a claim for defamation, though he better get on the ball as California has a 1 year statute of limitations, and trying to change jurisdiction (Florida is popular for their 2 year statute of limitations, Arkansas for 3... hard to tell Clinton was governor there, no?) would probably get it squashed on the first motion to dismiss, as none of them to my knowledge maintain a residency there and it'd be quite hard to go fishing with this case. Skeeter is, however, legally impossible to defame, as is she. So what do you have? Porn's demonic white trash couple making an ugly divorce even uglier by any means at their disposal, including the use of this board and Baldy Ross. Which should tell you something right there.
