I was thinking the guys who stand by the entrance of places like walgreens whose job it is to detain shoplifters and prescription forgers. Typically they look like either alcoholic Captain Kangaroos or failed LA gang members...couldn't/wouldn't stop a grandma walking out with a large tub of Planters Cheezballs...
