Hi...

I'm new to this board and I have some questions. I recently sold a pretty successful business, and although I've never really been a big fan of porn I've dated several strippers in the area. I'm looking for another business to get into. I have some questions...I don't know if anyone here will be able to answer them or not, but...Just wondering. I'm not even close to ready to even think about hiring talent. This is entirely prospective at this stage.

1). Isn't porn a saturated market? It seems to be as big as it's going to get. I live in Tampa, FL and there's a porn shop pretty much everywhere you look around here.

2). How much is the usual pay for sex talent (Amatuer and Pro...I'll take any and all known info)? Why do I always see $$$ rates as per day instead of per hour? Doesn't seem like shoots would need to take an entire day, depending on what you're shooting, of course.

3).It seems to me that a lot of people are just trying to get into this business to get laid, and not to make money. And since this is a marginalized industry (Whether or not it should be is a seperate issue, but the fact remains...we aren't selling Happy Meals)...it would seem to me that there would be a lot of room for employees who don't necessarily live up to expectations. How prevalent is this?

Having a bad employee at $2500 a day could get pretty expensive. So if anyone knows these answers, that'd be great if you could respond on here.
