This is a perfect picture to show you people why I personally believe that we all start out as female... some remain female in the womb and some continue to evolve into male in the womb. Why?

Well the photograph is clearly of a female. Although she took the right hormone or steroid that obviously helps her gain muscle mass, yet alters other things on her body such as widening of the nose and some changes in the vaginal region. It's more than obvious that her vagina didn't look like that before she was buff.

But you can see where the clitoris could easily become the head of a penis. The hood of the clitoris could easily become the foreskin of a penis. The lips are like deflated ball sacks. Not to forget to mention but the hood of her clitoris seems to be protruding a bit which could easily be the process of a penis as a whole, becoming elongated, protruding rather placed to the body closely like our vaginas are.

I don't know but this popped into my head and figured I'd share with you all. Afterall there have been studies where the clitoris has be compared to be equivalent to the males head of his penis.
