garfield or someone probably does a six-day deal, so he's only working a body part once/week. if you don't want to spend 20/hours a week with homosexuals in spandex lisetening to trance music, just do the unpleasant stuff. just mix up stuff like squats, some bench/weighted-dips, maybe some power cleans of deadlifts if you've still got legs, some rowing-motion and throw the dip belt on and do some pullups. very few people have the genes to look like grant,it takes years to look like that. just get stronger, as few machines as possible, as many compound-movements with heavy weight and you'll get stronger. the protein stuff's great if your strength-coach is buying, you'll do fine with an omlette and some more milk in your average day. throw in a multivitamin and you're chilling.
if you ever see garfield in the locker room, he'll give you herpes. you'll be a shitload better at any sport you can think of if you can forgo the pec dec for the stuff that makes you not get injured and move quicker.

Pushups, lunges, 25 lb. dumbells. Thats all you need, any more and you're just chasing the homos that cover all of those fitness magazines. Unless you're gay of course, in which case I suggest that you just stop eating and get a hipster hairdo, far easier than all of that lifting.

Sadly I am old enough to remember when fags of the late 70s early eighties were 50% skinny freaks, no doubt the 'female' in their relationships with some Village-person-macho-man-buffed "dude".
For the waist up (arms, shoulders, back and ABS), I recommend a Invacare ATS 500 custom titanium wheelchair (about $4 grand) and about 10 steep hills...if you can't afford one, wheel-jack one from your Local Special Olympics recruiting office, tell them I sent you.

it's not my style, it's also outrageously safe at low doses. the problem with the stuff isn't that it's so deadly, it's the bodybuilders and lineman decided if the stuff was effective at half the regular dose, they should take a few dozen times that and do it for the majority of the year for a decade. none if makes sense until you're in your late 20's if you want proper hormonal production when you're 55--but the ephedra in ripped fuel will probably kill you before a cycle of something like sustanon will at half-dosages.
anyhow, what chico's doing is hard as hell, i fucked around with it but the fact small asians in inexpensive automobiles could break my arms if they wanted to upset me enough to not get wildly far with it. fuck the gracies, they're not bulletproof and they're smartt-related.

I have no idea who that is. In hockey, the fighter equivalents are thus:  Ali: Bob Probert, Red Wings. Probert, a Canadian citizen, actually got himself banned from entering Canada for 2 years after being convicted of trafficing cocaine in the mid-1980s. Frazier: Tie Domi, New York Rangers. From the same hometown as Probert, led the NHL in fighting majors 5 years. After knocking a guy out, once tried to break his shoulder by dropping his knee WWF-style.  When Probert returned to Detroit to play in 1990, he had 2 eipc fights with Domi, both ironically at Madison Square Garden. In the first fight, Domi put a gash over Probert's eye which rendered him useles for the rest of the game. Domi was seen to be skating to the Sin Bin pretending to hold up a fighter's title belt. In the next meeting of the teams, Probert challenged Domi in the first 2 minutes of the game, and landed a series of punches which knocked Domi out, he passed out for 2 minutes. This time, as Domi skated past the Detroit bench under a linesman's assistance, the Red Wing's normally-reserved captain Steve Yzerman taunted Domi by making the same fight belt gesture. It literally was the Ali-Frazier of hockey.

I just found it today. It only goes back to 1995, so some of the the classic brawlers aren't there, like Dave Semenko, Tiger Williams, Ulf Samuelsson, and the enforcer with the best name ever, Larry Playfair of the Sabres. But anyone who has a running commentary on every NHL donnybrook has got to be cool.
A few years ago I got to play a game in a summer pro-am series, and got assigned to Claude Lemieux. That dirty motherfucker held my stick more than I did.
