Ye i worked out for the last 3 years and havent for six months

So i want to work the gut and get buffed(maybe get some nice abs like gia )

I usually just eat anything i want anytime--

But i like to train with a normal bodi building routine then when i do power i split it: max effort bp, legs back max effort, then speed 65% max, light legs and back

but ye im probably going to get creatine and stick to good eating pre and post workout
