I recommend creatine, 5-10 grams a day. Take 5 in the morning and 5 after your workout. Also drink whey protein shakes thruout the day. I also sugest taking HMB with meals (3x a day), glutamine, L-carnitine(helps with cardio), and ZMA (before bed).
If you want to lose weight, do cardio first thing in the morning. Your body will burn fat reserves since it would be at least 8-10 hrs. since your last meal. Drink a protein shake afterwards followed by breakfast.
As far as lifting, I dont know what your goal is since everyones is different. Do you want to tone up, gain size or loose weight?
