Basically Chi Haotian, Minster of Defense, has stated in a speech to his generals that China will need to start war to expand its borders in order to survive. Otherwise the country will collapse internally from overpopulation, and the communist party will collapse as well. It contains facinating xenophobic statements about chinese being the superior race in the world and that domination and occupation is its right in the future.

In it, he spoke openly about China's need for "more living space" and stated bluntly that The United States, Canada and Australia are the only places large enough to accommodate future Chinese needs.
He notes the need for a quick, effective biological attack upon the U.S. to depopulate it as a prelude to conquest, and plainly states that China is working on genetic bio-weapons to kill everyone except "yellow people."
More frightening was his admission of an ongoing deliberate deception of the U.S., with China portraying itself as a peaceful business partner, while actually planning to kill "one or two hundred million Americans."

where's our resident sinologist pericles?
sinology sells fear, them niggas wouldn't have a job if they told you the truth about china being much less scary than you think. they need to contain a few outbreaks before you take them seriously, that's always going to be their crutch along with famine.

The whole thing is laughable, its similar in language and form to tracts of the now defunct John Birch society. All the so called "Secret talk given by...." tracts.
I remember one that was going around during the 1992 presidential election. Supporters of the nutter Bo Gritz had a booklet that had a similar item supposedly quoting Gorbachev syaing that Glastnost and Perestroika were a ruse to lure the west into a false sense of security. If you look at the link its obviously tied Taiwanese and other SE asian anti-chinese comunist party groups.

My sister-in law was born & raised in Russia (in Pskov)...Putin is still very popular with the ethnicities in Russia that matter, primarily the non-asiatic peoples. Most westerners have no clue about the ethnic & religious diversity in Russia. The country almost REQUIRES a dictator backed by lots of guys with guns & shit to function 2 steps above complete anarchy/state-of-nature-Hobbes-style. Putin is Uber-smart and his ruthlessness evolves from his intelligence because he sees when it is completely necessary to be that way. His biggest problems are not in the Caucasus region with Islamic shitheads; the biggest problems he faces are the fact that Ukrainian men are bigger drunks than your typical Russian male and therefore, not open to compromise...and that Ukrainian women are extremely hot and inspire jealousy amongst women in cities like Moscow.

You're absolutely correct. After being here for only five months, I've already concluded that there's fuck all to worry about. I'm subsequently considering a career change and I laugh now whenever I read my thesis
