If vlad has half a brain, he'll keep it. Place is rich in natural resources, it would be a bitch getting it out of the ground, but doable.

I'm wouldn't mind China taking a shot at the title(USA). They would lose miserably, they currently don't have the ability to project power. It takes a long time to build up to that.
