and why do you think that is?

a) the fact they already have drug problems means they are vulnerable and encouraging them into an emotionally abusive industry is unethical.

b) The fact that they leave with BIGGER problems than when they arrived indicates that working in this field IS affecting their emotional state in a negative way.


That asside, I don't see any Trade Unions! Where are the Trade Unions? The very least employees expect is a trade union to which they can go to if they have disputes with their employers.
