Someone who eats poop is sick. Someone who thinks they are imaginative by "improving on it" beforehand is even sicker. And of course your opinion that it is a matter of degree is absurd: (1) I have yet to see an ATM where the dick was removed and ready for the eating while covered in poop (2) if so, then a snuff film is just a matter of degree away from a rough sex scene.
