Thanks to Willie for linking that thread...when I read Luke's post this A.M. I was too sleepy to go looking for this, but I recall stating that TAX Evasion was the real arrow in Uncle Sam's Quiver to persecute the PORN industry. Obscenity cases are so costly & messy...and ultimately pyrrhic victories for administrations that choose to make them the focus that Bush II - Part 2 has....

It's really obvious...The IRS is the great equalizer in life, love & porn. There are as we speak, some eager-to-get-ahead atheists on Albert Gonzales Staff arguing "the hell with charging obscenity, hit them where it hurts...we wont nail the Shadowy "Charlie from Charlie's Angels" top tier Owners/Money collectors who live in places like St. Croix and technically dont exist, but we sure as hell can go after everyone else, with threats of audits and seizures and such, so that things come to a noticeable slowdown....AND THEN the Big Boy Moneymen do something about it and exercise some restraint and blacklist people like Cytherea who pee all over the place and themselves..."

Jeff, start donating to a lot of charities...and get receipts. If you want to claim my 6 months as a MOD as a Tax Deduction based on employing the disabled, I will play along...I am 3 weeks overdue for a seizure and nothing would help your case more than for me to have it when the government sends you the Audit via Certified Mail. *wink wink*
