My wife is an ER/Critical Care Nurse with a 4-year BSN degree licensed in NY & PA. Nurses RARELY draw blood. If you're in an emergency room or hospital and someone comes along to draw your blood, it's usually some sort of technician called a phlebotomist, who has at most a 2-year degree. Many of them have only as much as 2-6months career school training. So it's very likely that Miz Sharon took some quicky course and can legally draw blood.

For a long time I have wondered why all the hating on Sharon Mitchell. I can understand it coming from Smartt, because he seems to be an aids infested purveyor of carioca trannies.
