The highlight of my modship was when I successfully banned smarrt for 17 minutes until he created Second Smartt... While I agree with you and bornyo in principle but where does the censorship end? Is bornyo running the censorship dept and every time he is offended and threatens to leave we should we cater to him?

The only thing I can think of that is fair would be to apply a truth test. If it's truth then allow it no matter how offensive. If it's not the truth then ban it and the user.
But if bornyo, you or someone else is trying to control this board by whining "I'm going to leave" then I say let them go.

smartt is a unique situation, he's driven people nuts with tranny/dead-body/scat/penis pictures in threads and just being intolerable-he's made people leave before, bornyo's right to be fed up if smartt hands the mods legitimate reasons to ban him and they let him back after a timeout.

well, he's tested negative for hiv, brain-cells, decency, etc. recently enough to bitch about losing work so he certainly doesn't have full-blown aids. i know it's as common as a headcold in brazil and wouldn't interfere with ability to work in porn, but it's a cause for concern in the first world since we don't usually die from rickets or anaconda-attacks by age 32 here.

I'm not running a damned thing, least of all the censorship department. I don't give a damn about shane diesel. My point is that yet again the brazilian loser does something to get himself banned/boxed whatever. I think AIM HIV test results are still kept online for any talent to access. So, I would assume Yes that at least some talent have in fact seen those results since this started, and certainly those who have worked with him have. I know of no concerns being raised about his tests in spite of many people having access to the results; the only issue has been how much risk he takes.
It takes a while to develop AIDS after becoming HIV+, generally months if not years. Unless he's been faking his HIV tests for quite some time it's virtually a certainty he doesn't have AIDS. The analysis isn't hard to do here...

Agreed. The thing to look at in this case is that posting an obviously untrue claim like "Shane has AIDS" in this context and situation can easily cost him work. In this case Shane has larger issues that may be costing him work, such as whether or not he's really taking no risks with Jessica, or just saying what others want to hear. Nonetheless I think Smartt's pic in Shane's threads runs the risk of undeservedly costing Shane work.
I'm puzzled as to what Smartt has against Shane. He didn't abandon Jessica in the nearest dumpster like 99% of the industry no doubt did. That's a big plus in my opinion. It also seems a little unlikely he wants to turn up HIV+ so it's likely he's taking some precautions. He's a porn meatpuppet so it's not as if being celibate with Jessica means he doesn't get all the holes he wants to stick his cock into. It really is entirely possible he's not putting anyone else at risk; it's just a matter of him being a little more open and honest than the note posted here (whoever posted it). It wouldn't be hard to do the right things in his situation; he just needs to reassure people.
If you want to fry the people who are really putting the industry at risk of a HIV outbreak Shane is nowhere near the top of the list anyway. The next outbreak will probably come via Evil Angel (as the last outbreak may have), or perhaps T.T. Boy, or maybe one of the guys like Erik Everhard who works a lot in Eastern Europe with essentially untested girls. Those worry me a lot more than Shane does.

bornyo I didn't mean to be personal.
Considering that legal action may be on it's way, something needs to be done about smartt. Temporary bans seem to have no effect. His mom could have saved us this hassle if she had just used a coat hanger. Perhaps he could do a late night scene with the wrong end of a baseball bat.
