It's pretty obvious that smartt, second smartt, william calhoun and degenerate are all the same moron. I only put the offending one in the penalty box.

Let's review some facts:
1. Shane does not have AIDS
2. Shane might loosely fit the legal definition of a public figure.
3. It seems to me putting that picture up immediately after the person in question comes into a place he's never been before (and starts making references to public proceedings, counsel etc) could be considered defamatory. This could be libelous.

Whatever you think of the Shane/Jessica thing, that last thing needed is someone inciting him to carry through on his legal threats. If someone else with the Wonder Twin Powers wants to let him back on the ice, fine. But smartt is an uncreative poster who gets off on his own pusillanimy.

And trust me, I recognize the glaring irony that I booted someone in this thread just one week after getting myself banned from ADT over the same topic.
