I believe the medical term is "catabolic." Those substances which require the exertion of more energy than is released by the food product. The classic example is cold celery. The calories required to digest a catabolic food exceed those provided nutritionally, therefore a net energy consumption for the body.

Though I suspect that, to lsoe weight through sperm consumption, you'd need a swimming pool full of the stuff. Bulemia would be a better alternative.
