Yesssss, Chico expresses the proper sentiment regarding his new powers. Be forewarned, however...I actually tried to ban SMARTT only to be undone by his demonic ability to create clones of himself at a rate faster than sperm swimming in the opposite direction when they realize they have been ejaculated into a asshole instead of a vagina.

In other words, unless you have the ability to Block / Ban more than specific user names (IDs), be prepared to live with the stench...it will pass eventually.
